I bring my car for wheel alignment warranty on monday, the car stays there for two days for a diagnosis, yesterday I was told that have to leave the car for checking the next day but the diagnosis wasn’t performed, sonI have to pickup muy car after two days
The communication was poor, i was quoted one price and it was actually more. I was not told about the 15,000 mike check up for the car until i arrived. Then they put me down as refusing the work to be done, when that was not the case. I was not told ahead of time, otherwise i would of had the money to do so. I was told i only needed an oil change. Like i said, the communication was poor. I am going to do the 15,000 mile check up as soon as more funds come in.

Everyone at Kia is very friendly, I just love Andy & Mario in the Service Dept.
My Wife was waiting for our Kia Sorrento to get a simple Oil Change service and we made an appointment for 9:30am assuming the service would take maybe a hour and a half or maybe less but she waited until 12:40pm. That’s over 3 hours and she waited in the waiting room and so she finally got up and asked the person in the back and they had the paperwork for who knows how long and the car was done already. She said someone was supposed to get my Wife earlier. So she ended up waiting longer then she needed. She was not a happy camper.

Thank you is not enough! Brenda went above and beyond in resolving the malfunction that I experienced with my car. She kept me informed every step of the way and had my car back to me before I expected. I appreciate her candor and the fact that she never promised a thing, but instead delivered.
I only wish I lived close enough to take my car for service to your dealership. As I continue to be a KIA customer, I’ll remember to shop your dealership when the time comes.
