Andy Patterson and management really went to bat for me regarding my catalytic converter, which Kia should have paid to replace when I brought in my car for the big recall. They made things happen and as a result, I don’t have to spend $1500-$2000 on a new cat. I’ve always trusted the service department but this time, they really went above and beyond.
Brenda Serrano was very efficient and thorough with my services that were provided. Very nice and professional.... greatly appreciated.

Stacy was great. BUT MY has not been a good buy. For one engine blows at 63000 miles. And then. When engine was replaced now rack and pinion is messed up. It wasn't before. I think I brought a lemon
