Andy Patterson and management really went to bat for me regarding my catalytic converter, which Kia should have paid to replace when I brought in my car for the big recall. They made things happen and as a result, I don’t have to spend $1500-$2000 on a new cat. I’ve always trusted the service department but this time, they really went above and beyond.

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Very quick resolution to what I was afraid was going to be a complete hassle to have warranty work completed. Stacy was great. BUT MY has not been a good buy. For one engine blows at 63000 miles. And then. When engine was replaced now rack and pinion is messed up. It wasn't before. I think I brought a lemon
