I brought my car in 9:00 AM on the day I thought I had set up for my appointment online. I made a mistake online. However they took the car in for oil change and tire rotation. I received an email at 9:30 telling me it was being taken care of. I did not hear from anyone else all day. Imagine my dismay when I came in at 4:30 PM to find out that the service had not been done and they were just starting it! That is not acceptable no matter what I did wrong on the online appointment page. I used a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation. A week later I received another coupon in the mail for the same thing but for $30 less! I will not be returning for my service there.
Great communication, always go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

I am always so confident with the Valley Hi Kia staff, always professional and helpful. Especially the sevice department. The young man Andy Pattetson in the service department is always helpful and explains what is recommeded. KIA is a great car, but the staff and service department is why I continue to purchase these cars.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. It took 2.5 hrs to apply a bug shield to the new car and was surprised that they also checked belts, tires, brakes and fluids on a two week old vehicle.
Andy got me in and out real quick .
Worst service writer ever
Andy was great to work with. He always communicated in a timely manner, kept us yo tti speed on the repairs, and was always sensitive to our concerns. We feel fortunate to have been so close to Valley High Kia when we needed great care. Thanks Andy, and everyone who helped make a nearly impossible situation work out.
