I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation it was recommended that I have an alignment done so I sat in the waiting room for approximately 2 1/2 hours and nobody came to inform me of any updates with my vehicle. I sat there wondering what was going on and when I got up and went to ask myself I saw my car being pulled up into the staging area. Then I was told that the alignment was never even done because for whatever reason it wasn’t being read on the machine but still no one came to inform me of that. On top of that as I came to the service area and waited to even be acknowledged I saw as the tech brought the paperwork in for my vehicle and mentioned to one of the advisors of what happened and that advisor shouted out joking about my vehicle not being able to be completed and as soon as he was made aware that the vehicle belonged to me he became quiet. My final issue with the service area was that on the paperwork said I wanted my car washed. I never stated I wanted my car washed but they marked it as a service that was completed which wasn’t even done.

It was super convenient, I was just a walk-in for an oil-change and they offered me a Uber back home meanwhile I waited and then called me and Uber back to Kia when it was all done, payed and drove off no hassle, super satisfied (:

Brenda is wonderful! She is very caring and is dedicated to giving the highest quality customer service. She checked in with me each day, giving me updates on my car. I also accidentally left some important work items after I picked up my car. She was very caring and noticed the items right away. She took the time to figure out who they belonged to and contacted me to let me know they were there. I truly appreciated her kindness. Thank you again Brenda!

My fist issue was the lack of communication that there was going to be a Christmas party and the office would be closed so I couldn’t pick up my car until the party was over around 2. I received a phone call letting me know the car was ready, but no mention of getting before or after a certain time due to a staff party. I called promptly back after getting the message and was sent to voicemail with no further info or call back. I showed up to get my car around 11 and was told everyone was out of the office until 2. Would’ve been nice to know in advance it was quite an inconvenience on me and my ride. My second issue is I felt like telling me I need an alignment before my car was even looked at was a bit premature. Just because something is on special until the end of year doesn’t necessarily mean my vehicle needs it. After getting my car suggestions to get done were a tire rotation and of course an alignment. I somewhat thought ok maybe since after they looked at instead of saying I need one by visually looking at the inside, it could be true. I decided the next day to get a second opinion at a place with lower prices than even the “deal” I was offered and they told me it looked good and all areas were within range. It is refreshing to have honesty from a company, they even waived the $25 fee they normally charge to inspect the alignment. Overall the people and girl that helped me were very nice, but the lack of communication about the party and not being able to pick up my vehicle between certain times was disappointing. I also am not happy about trying to be sold a service that was not needed and trying to sell it to me before a technician actually looks at it. Although your technician put it as needed when wasn’t needed as well. Thanks, Holly Hammons
