William was very courteous,professional. He was on top of the oil change I had requested and suggested I use one of the special you had to add a tire rotation. I asked about time of completion because I had another appt.to go to. He said it would all be completed. He had me out as promised. How nice. Just as promised
There were sum unfortunate things regarding my new cars warranty but due to this and the fact I haven't even made the first payment. He was incredible and worked it out with me bringing the repair down to a reasonable number. I hoped to thank him personally but he was not there when I picked it up. Thx

From start to finish Andy was helpful. He directed me to the waiting room but before explained the complimentary services they had and offered help if I needed anything else. Before the car was finished maybe 30 mins prior Andy came to inform me the mechanics were finishing up, once they were done my car would be washed up and then I would be done. It was exactly two hours just as he said. I’m from LA so this experience here was 99.5% better than DTLA
