Complete lack of communication. Numerous requests made for detailed info regarding what was wrong with the car. Never received it. Calls not returned in a timely manner.

William is awesome! Everyone at the Victorville Kia location is incredible. The dealership still looks brand new and is kept clean and shiny. William always treats us like long lost friends who he is happy to see. Since my first visit to the service department, to the one yesterday, everyone and everything has been excellent.
