William was great! We arrived for our appointment 2 weeks early and William fit us in anyway. Work on our car was fast and efficient. I can’t express how grateful we are for him. When people ask why we still go to the dealer for servicing even though at 165,000 + miles and long out of warranty it’s because of people like William, in fact everyone at Valley Hi Kia. You guys are great! (The coffees really good too.)
