Maintenance was horrible, I found left over Drew’s and washers and plastic pieces in the motor cracks, my air filter was installed wrong and they used screws not for it and it was hanging not fully installed, car making annoying sound when I picked it up and Kia guy said it’s normal but it’s not no other car makes this noise. The engine was supposed to be new but it’s not it’s a rebuilt engine. I was told Kia was getting better but not the case. William did a great job getting my car in and keeping me up to date and thank Kia for no hassles with rental car.
William is amazing, so very helpful. He is the reason I come back to Hi Desert Kia.
