Brenda was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.
There was false and misleading material facts provided by the service people approved by the manager, Stuart Meyer. These lies would prevent proper liability of Kia. These deceptive practices will expose Kia to liabilities. William Enriquez was completely dismissive of actual concerns brought about by the actions of Kia's employees. Again his actions expose Kia to further liabilities.
Since Jason left, the standard of care is non-existent. At this time I have no intentions to return to this service department.

Everything was okay but I never received a call that my vehicle was ready. I had to call myself. It took all day to complete my oil change.
