I am going to respond further here. The survey asked if we had our car serviced on April 18th. When I answered 'no' the survey did not allow me to comment. Our car was serviced on Saturday April 15 through Monday, April 17th. We were satisfied with the work that was done. We find Honda to be very efficient. Bonnie ****
