Tom was extremely helpful in replacing a tire w only 8600 miles on my new Accord. He went out of his way to find the right tire. His knowledge, from having worked in a tire shop before, was useful. I also appreciated the complementary car wash- a service I'd appreciated & come to expect when I had my Volvo serviced- I didn't expect such service from Honda, & was pleasantly surprised , especially since I had some doubts about getting a Honda & wondering if service would be good. It was!

Kevin Proo was wonderful to work with. I normally work with Dan Thomas and he is out on medical leave. When I found that out I was nervous to have a new advisor because I appreciate Dan's service and thorough knowledge being a prior Honda mechanic. Kevin was just as wonderful to work with and very efficient with my time.

Thomas was very helpful in setting up the appointment when I came in for a different matter, and he even got me started early! I was able to get some work done in the lounge, and he let me know that I should consider some maintenance with my brakes too.
