I have been a long-time customer. From oil changes to other types of standard Honda maintenance. I only go to Arrowhead for my service. I aporiciated that Travis took this into account when discounting my repair bill. #customerforlife

I brought the list of recommended service items to my mechanic. He reported that most items were ****, notably that my automatic transmission fluid was contaminated. This is interesting because I drive a manual. He did replace my shocks, but at a price much more reasonable than quoted. I thought I was being polite by letting the dealership perform the routine oil change on my car so the recall work wouldn't be a total loss. My mistake.
One thing was I was disappointed they did not vacuum my car.
This was my first time here and I must say the service was really good from bringing to end Kevin did a excellent job on explaining everything to me. Thank you guys for te prompt service and I'll be seeing you guys again.
During the four years that I have been bringing my Accord to Robert, he has always been professional, very helpful, and eager to make sure that I understand the needed repairs. Robert is a good guy!

Robert is a very competent and professional service advisor. I feel very confident with his knowledge and expertise. I feel like he treats me like I am his older sister. It's wonderful because he always treats me with upmost respect and takes his time to listen to me. For example, I lost my dear mom last October and I needed to bring in my car for an oil change shortly after losing her. I couldn't even talk and Robert was so very kind and understanding and gave me a big hug and just let me cry. What service advisor ever would do that? Robert is exceptional!! He is a definite asset to Arrowhead Honda!! Thank you!!
