Just thinking a oil change on a 2019 corvette would include setting the oil life to 0. Bur hey 150.00 $ guess I'm aspecting a little much. .

I just have a general question by removing the alternator bolts this must go through the fan cover shroud over radiator. I am not sure if covers over the fans itself are missing or displaced or was there no covers at all over the fans in the shroud. I am pretty sure the day prior there were covers over the fans prior in the shroud surrounding. I am looking into 2020 fan covers don’t want over heating .

To make an appointment for an oil change and then sit around for over an hour and fifty mi uses for that service to get done is beyond ridiculous. Why make an appointment if that's not going to actually happen. You sure made a point to send me emails and text about my upcoming appointment but then to have to wait that long. My goodness, worst visit here ever.

I was frustrated with the lack of communication. I took my vehicle in for an 8:30 am appointment and heard nothing all day. When my husband called in the evening he was told they hadn’t even looked at my car yet! To make matters worse they lied and said they told me they may not get to it today. I was never told anything like that! I was told they would communicate every step of the way, but they did not. I checked in on the status the next afternoon and got a call back about 30 min to an hour later to tell me the diagnostic was done, but since it’s Friday I may not get my car back until Monday. This was really frustrating. I begged them to please try to get it done today and they finished just before closing. I am very grateful. I need my car. I understand that sometimes things take longer than expected. Please just communicate with me and don’t lie.

Kirk was AMAZING throughout the entire process! He kept me informed and was overall just a great help. So glad that I was able to have my car serviced here with Kirk as the tech. If I ever need any car repaired this is where I plan to go!
