I usually go to Lucas but... Vincent did well. There are consistent standards amongst the service writers, apparently, and that's a good thing. Keep up the good work.

Vincent was fine - no direct issues. I didn’t like the fact that it took nearly 8 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. As such, I had to arrange pickup the following day, which was far less convenient.

I think the world of the service and help I get from Lucas and Rob at Len Lyall. I always asked for one of them. They have both helped me in the past and I want them to help me in the near future. They know me and my car and also help me when I’m in a bad situation. Many kudos to both of them. Thank you very much and I will continue coming and going to Len Lyall. Carol K
