My vehicle is now making an awful clicking or groaning noise. Others believe that it sounds like a transmission issue. This noise was not present when I brought the vehicle in for service. Additionally there are now issues with hard gear shifts and loss of power that was not present before. Please have the shop supervisor contact me.

Vincent was OUTSTANDING. When I received my vehicle after my service, I believe there must have been a Oil spill because my vehicle now has a strong oil smell inside the truck and outside of the truck. Can you ask the individual who change my oil if there was a problem changing the oil? I would appreciate it so this doesn't happen in the future. I hope this oil smell subsides. Thank you

It seems I come often to get my vehicles serviced. I had to come last minute today because a headlight was out. I was concerned I could not get an appointment last minute like this. Lukas was so accommodating and got me in first thing in the morning. All of my concerns were addressed and everything was fixed in a timely manner. This is the standard everytime I come to Len Lyall. I really appreciate Lukas and Len Lyall continuing to go the extra mile with me! Six years as a customer and counting! Thank you!
