Tires were fine, but not a single employee wore a mask. Not the service folks nor the folks driving my car back to me. If that remains Freedom Honda’s policy I will take my business elsewhere.

Thought I was clear when I called to set up appointment. Then thought I was clear on what needed done when I dropped off car. It was listed in work to be done on invoice. Somehow there was still a misunderstanding so some work was not completed.

well I got my fluids and filter change and it was kind of pricey so I expect at least a car wash and vacuum. Apparently you guys don’t do that anymore.
