After paying and picking up my vehicle I was called and told I paid the wrong price. The work was on a recall. I have already paid the bill and left and now a day later I'm being asked to payvmore. I asked them to double check the bill before paid and to be called and told I need to pay more is ridiculous.

No I wasn't pleased at all when we brought the car in the 1st time we were told by the service adviser that's with keys needed to be reprogram for it to unlock the car we purchased a new key and had both of the key's reprogram today and it has exactly the same problem as it did before he charged us $80 to reprogram keys for a problem that still is not fixed no I'm not happy at all

I was under the impression that I would receive a free car wash, as I had read it somewhere, only to find that the washer was broken and after I explained that I am currently living Laramie, Wy and could not easily drive to Colorado Springs I couldn't make the drive at your time table, so I guess I will be looking for a dealer closer to home
Danny and Chase were very good and thorough on their jobs it seemed to me that both of them were concerned or suggested a few things to me and it also seemed to me that they enjoyed what they do.
