I have been driving from the south end of Pueblo to get oil changes from you for several years. I understand the object of 'upsale services'.. but when I get told I need a transmission 'flush'-that my fluid is very dark and dirty it makes me wonder if the service I paid for in Sept was even done then and wasn't reassured other than 'oh yeah, you did pay for that in September. I've been told I neede other little services at times that truly weren't needed at the time they were recommended. I don't know if it's an easy 'one off' for getting a service taken care of or careless checking of something truly being needed. That's a concern to me. That being said, I'm generally very content with my services being done there.

I don’t believe the 21 point inspection is being accomplished. This is my second time in within a month time frame that I ask about my headlights being out. Each time I was told that it was checked and nothing was wrong. This time I brought the technician to the vehicle so I can show them that the headlight was out. I don’t believe I need to do that if inspection was already complete on my vehicle. My previous visit, I have my vehicle towed because it won’t start. They told me nothing was wrong, and I told him it will not start in the morning. So I had them leave it overnight to prove that it won’t start. They called me back and said yes there is something wrong with the battery, when they told me previously that the battery was fine. I am very concerned that anything that I bring into the Honda dealership is not truly being accomplished. Inspection that was claimed to be done on my vehicle was not conducted on both occasions. I believe the paperwork that I am given is incorrect, which makes it hard to believe that even as oil change was even accomplished on my vehicle. Honda must do a better job in the quality review and not just at someone’s name at the top of a prefilled green check mark document.

I asked the representative to give me a quote on what it would cost to completely fix the vehicle as well as any other maintenance things that might need to be done. I specifically mentioned that I have a broken reverse light mount and wanted that included in the quote with everything else. The representative said, “we’ll run an inspection too” implying that the repair would be included in the quote. When I got the quote, the only things on it were fluid and filter changes with no mention of the very repair I asked to be quoted. It seemed to me like Honda does not care about anything I want and only wants to charge me to the easy to fix, high profitability jobs. How can I trust that something as simple as a filter is replaced when I’m not being listened to about something I am asking to be quoted on to fix?

Danny took GREAT care of me! I needed my rear window wiper replaced. We scheduled an appt for the work. When the part was delayed because of weather, he called me and we rescheduled. I so appreciate him keeping track of this and letting me know so I didn't make an unnecessary trip. That degree of service is rare these days!

I had Service Call on Friday, February 4. The reason was because the Tire Gauge Indicator Light keeps coming on. However, the Tire Pressure on all the Tires is OK as checked by a manual Tire Gauge, and by you. Yet, within five miles after leaving Freedom Honda on Friday, the Tire Gauge Light came on again and again, even after Resetting the Light. Service Advisor did his best, but the problem remains. Brought the Honda in for an oil change and made a point to tell the service writer the wiper fluid was out. He assured me it would be added. When the car was ready and we paid, they failed to fill the wiper fluid even though the inspection sheet said it was checked. The service writer had to add it. This is simply unacceptable as someone lied on the paperwork! What else wasn’t accomplished? Was the oil even changed? We’ve purchased two vehicle there and feel your dealership’s integrity is in question!

This latest visit was an emergency: The skid plate fell off the bottom of my 2018 Honda Accord. Dylan was able to get me in, despite the lateness of the hour on a Friday afternoon, and the problem was fixed so quickly I barely had time to make myself comfortable in the waiting room! Well done to Dylan and Freedom Honda!

I specifically ask to have my windshield wiper fluid topped off and I even told them that it wasn't working and it could have been possible that it just didn't have fluid in it. They said they would check it when they did the 15 or 30 point inspection during my oil change. When I received the car later on that afternoon after I picked the car up from dealership and they gave me my receipt with detailed information on what they did. I checked my windshield wiper fluid and it did not work. When I called back to tell service Tech it didn't work he wanted me to come in for another service. When they handed me my receipt it shows that they check the wiper, the fluid and the boxed was checked " good" but it didn't work. So when I call them to let them know that they said well you need to bring it back in cuz that means something could be wrong with it and so I open the hood and I looked at windshield fluid containing attached to car and there was no windshield wiper fluid in there so when I put windshield wiper fluid in there it worked and it's still working so anyway it just seemed like they didn't do what they said they were going to do and instead of just admitting that maybe they made a mistake they didn't so yeah I wasn't happy about that.
