I paid 2,000 dollars to get my car fixed and they couldn’t even clean the outside of my car for me before i picked it up, ive never been to a dealership that hasn’t washed my car before pick up if i’m paying that amount for service

I had a scheduled appointment that was supposed to take 1 hour. After waiting 2 HOURS, I finally approached the service desk only to find my “completed” paperwork in a pile. The service rep never called me! They were given a different phone number to contact and still reached out to the wrong phone number. Unreal. We work in the medical field. Service like this would warrant a law suit.

I was told the oil change was a special pricing at $69.95 but when I got home I got a coupon in the mail for an oil and filter change and 29 point inspection with Maroone Honda for $39.95, which is the price I always remember paying before today. I appreciate you fitting me in without an appointment but I also feel ripped off. That was not a special unless it meant a special rip off. I specifically asked if it used to be a lot less and I was told told no, it's the same as usual, maybe a slight price hike as with anything else. I thought you guys were reasonable in the past times I've been there so this was very disappointing. Very.

Waited 20 minutes to be helped. A female with black hair asked me if I was picking up or dropping off. When I told her dropping off she said “oh well I’m getting off so one of them will have to help you.” She was still working by the time I was finally checked in, which took 1 minute. The female who assisted apologized for the wait.

Justin was friendly and courteous. He explained the checks that were done and what the results indicated. When I complained about some fog on the backup camera, he immediately checked it and cleaned it. Voila! No more fog. I appreciate the personal service. My experiences with Freedom Honda far surpassed those at 2 other Honda dealers. I will bring my car to Freedom for any future services. Thank you, R Plym
