I asked to have my wipers checked. Freedom Honda said they were checked and fine, the rubber inset is half off one wiper. I feel the wipers were never checked, which makes me question what else was not checked or not needed!?
My "APPOINTMENT" time was 10 amm. I arrived at 0950 and the truck was moved to the awaiting service lot. I observed my truck being driven into the service bay at 1050, 1 hour after my arrival. I would expect the vehicle to be serviced at or near the appointment time. I departed your facility at about 1120. The actual service tome was fine but the wait time was not. The actual mechanical service was fine also.
I was scheduled for express service and it took about 1 and a half hour
