Everything was really great. I did have a little oily or greasy on my passenger seat. I understand the car is being serviced and those things may sometimes happen. It was a very small amount so no harm done. I would suggest a plastic seat cover for both seats and a quick double check where the technician might have worked.

I appreciated the master technician making the right call and changing my service order to replacing brake fluid since rear brakes were not required as I was led to believe from the 2/15/21 inspection report. That showed good quality and integrity.

My wife took the car in and 6 service people ignored her for a long time. Nobody even looked up to say hello , I’ll be with you in a few minutes. It’s like she was invisible. This same thing occurred last visit. Please stress customer service to your team.

I requested for a automatic start to be installed into my 2016 Honda fit. All I received after coming in the first time. Being told that the incorrect part was ordered and having to come in a second time a full week later. That all was done was connect another key fob. No automatic start due to it somehow being a miscommunication error. I paid for a part I didn't need and then was told it would be 300$ more and would have to wait for the part and have to do all of this a third time or just go to another place and get it installed there. Which I plan to do seeing as 2 of my days were wasted on something entirely incorrect. And I don't trust that the correct part will be received.
