I spoke to the service rep. and the service manager, Mr. Burris about my disappointment in waiting two hours for an oil change. I saw my vehicle finally get driven into the garage for the work 90 minutes after my appointment. Their response was that they are having personnel issues/COVID/etc. I suggested that they set appointments further apart and/or advise customers of the expected wait time rather than assuming we have 2 hours to wait for an oil change.

I live in **** Colorado and I drove to the springs specifically to your dealership because I was impressed when I paid cash for this brand new 2021 Honda type R and how your dealership treated me. I had purchased a brand-new K&N air filter for this type R and I took it with me to get the oil changed. When I pulled into your service bay I asked the service tech in the bay to please have them install the KNN air filter in my type R and he said okay. When I got my type R back, it was still in the front seat sealed in the box.

I was very satisfied with the service I got today they were prompt helpful polite and I would always go to the freedom Honda for my service on my car thank you very much I would rate it a 10 or a five on everything very satisfied

I was really impressed first time I was there. Oil was changed, codes were cleared and car came out freshly washed. For the most part everything was good this trip. Just asked and paid to have my tires rotated but when I got the car back I took it to get washed and noticed my tired had not been rotated. Usually front left goes to back right and vise versa. I have a little wheel and tire damage on my right side that's how I saw it never got rotated.

The estimated time for the work was approximately 2 hours, and I ended up waiting almost 3.5 hours. After 2 hours and 45 minutes, I initiated the conversation of how much longer it would take. While I’m always impressed with the customer service at Freedom Honda, I was disappointed today.
