Work was not completed correctly, I had to inform your customer service rep, as he didn’t check/notice. Then I had to wait again. The work took twice as long as needed. Appointment was 0930, and it was complete until pushing 1200(estimated—worksheet should show precise time). The work was simple, take set of 4 wheels/ tires off & place my set of 4 winter wheels/tires on car( these were already mounted on black steel wheels)plus balance& multi check areas( routine) & reset TPMS. I frequently go to this dealership due to the location, however this has not been the first time the svs representative and the mechanic technician have miscommunicates and delayed a rather routine work/service.
Our service advisor was kind and knowledgeable. I was really surprised that I would need to rent a car for the two days my car was in your care. Most dealerships have loaner cars while someone’s car is in the shop.
Also, when I turned my air back on after picking up my vehicle, the air system reeked of cigarette smoke. I have yet to be able to completely cleanse the car of that smell. Very disappointing.
The work that was done seems to have been done well by the mechanic.

The work was performed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction and everyone was pleasant to deal with. My only complaint is that this was my only car and there was no loner vehicle available to me. It was an extraordinary inconvenience to have to be stuck at the dealership for over 4 hours during a work day.
Totally professional and courteous service each time I take my vehicle into Freedom Honda…(at least 6 to 8 times in the last six months)!!

Although I didn’t check before I left (I was thinking about a secondary issue that came up during the repair), when I got home I noticed the seal didn’t look like it was sitting correctly from where I sat in the drivers seat. So I opened the door and looked closer- either they repaired the wrong spot or the seal folded in on itself again.
My service advisor was very helpful.
They got me in last minute for a battery replacement right before I had to leave for a business trip. They were gracious and patient with me. They saved me in a bit of a crisis

made an apt for 9am. my husband took my car in and didn’t get out until 11 and said a few people that arrived after him left before him. what was the point of making an apt? at that rate he should’ve just been a walk in for an oil change . very disappointed.
