Your service has been great but we are still experiencing intermittent wiring issues that is triggering multiple diagnostic alarms.
Everyone from the greeter in the garage to the Service attendant were professional, courteous and clearly verbalized their instructions. The estimate was spot on. The service was excellent.
1 key does not lock and unlock car. Fix it!

Great service.
My service advisor was great , but the fact that I had major issues with my brakes right after I had my car looked at yesterday, when I haven’t had any issues with it besides a little squealing when I hit the brakes. To then take it back and have to get a whole new set of brakes when there was clear indication that one of the brake pads started rubbing mysteriously right after I got my car back yesterday really pisses me off. That’s is bull crap and I don’t know if I will be bringing my car back anytime soon.

Not happy that the transactions required me to touch a communal pen and paper...this could have been done electronically by emailing the paper. Also had to use my finger on the credit card screen...why couldn't this be done touchless? I appreciated the masks but that was insufficient.

Marty was my service advisor. He explained everything to me and gave me the estimated total before they serviced my van. He was courteous and professional. I didn’t like the masks though, because that it made hard to understand or hear him.
I give you a 5 as I purchased a as is used vehicle the sales man noticed the gas gauge wasn't working after the sale and you guys took care of everything a whole day of labor at no cost me!! Thank you!!
