Receipt said I refused an inspection but o was never offered one. The service guy who called me said my car shaking When idling in drive is normal even though I looked it up on google and it’s a know problem with CRV’s. I feel like they just didn’t want to fix it for free.

Alexandra presented a very upbeat and professional image - outstanding ambassador for Freedom Honda. I do think 2 hours is a bit excessive for an oil change, but it was busy that day. Nonetheless, it was a pleasure to work with Alexandra!
