Wolf was my service advisor and was great. Tried really hard to make sure I was kept apprised at each step. However ,When I talked With Marty by phone the day before, he was rude and demeaning. And although he said he was making an appointment for me, there was no record of such appointment when I got there.

Everything was fine with the service done. My one issue was my coupon was for an oil change and car wash and no car wash was done I didn’t notice until I left Otherwise, I was happy Thanks

My car was taken to Honda twice following body shop repairs. They just couldn't get it done this time. Still have problems and have to return it a third time. Clearly the people who worked on my car this time were not detailed or thorough.
