I brought in my car to have both the battery replaced and have a squeaking noise when I turn left looked at. I was told that the noise could've been a rock and should go away on its own. Only to look at the work order today (which is my fault) to see it was written down that an engine squeak was the problem looked at. And I'm still having the problem. I plan on calling in tomorrow to have it addressed.

There was an update done. It reset, cancelled out, etc the whole system for the radio & clock. It’s not that big of an issue having all my radio preset stations deleted. What bothers me is that there I a gibberish, non-station now set as the first station. This is annoying because there is absolutely NO way to delete a station once it has been set. We had this same dumb, poorly programed problem when we bought this car. I have been told by the dealership folks that that is just how the system is. Like I said, poorly programed. The other issue with the “update” is that the clock is incorrect. Again, just an annoyance that should have been handled in the shop. I go to reset it to the current time and find out that it has the auto-time zone is “on.” Yet, the time is off by an hour. I turn off the auto-time zone and search for the correct time zone. But now my auto-time zone is turned off, which means it will no longer automatically adjust for daylight savings. I will have to go BACK in and change it. Annoyance. The update just screwed up the system. I hate having the random gibberish station assigned as the first one. It’s been on the list of disappointments since we bought the car. The list is not short.
I keep waiting for Honda to realize that my cruise control does not work. It’s fine when I am on a flat road. It has to work too hard on the engine to keep the speed when going uphill, if it past a certain degree of incline. On any degree of decline, cruise control DOES NOT HOLD! It has never held. And we are repeatedly told that it works and I am made to feel like an idiot by the guys in the Freedom Honda Shop.
