Your service Department did not give me correct information about my car and told me the part needed to repair it was on back order and had no idea when it would be available I looked online and the part was in fact available from multiple dealers across the US That’s quite a way to operate a dealership !!

Your team did not reattach the skid plate after changing my oil a few weeks ago, I drove out of state with it dragging on every bump and bridge I went over for 18 hours to my destination of Kenosha, WI where I had it fix at the Honda dealer there. For this most recent visit I had a nail in my tire which could not be fixed and had to replace the tire. And I discussed the skid plate with the service rep.
One of my locking lug nuts was left off during my last service so I was told to come back in to have it replaced. The young man I dealt with was very courteous and apologetic and provided exceptional service. He replaced all four of the locking lug nuts and the key in my glove box.
I am a very happy Acura owner- and I will shop at your store for my vehicles in the future. You have a. Exceptional company!
Marty was great during my initial visit and during my second visit also. When I returned for the installation of the mirror I had a young gentleman who did not have a name tag so I do not know his name, he was young with a goatee. Very professional and personable. Your dealer ship is fortunate to have this talent not only in the service reps but also with the staff moving the vehicles.
