My car was finished and sitting outside the door, obviously ready to go for 10 minutes and no one called me to get it. I finally went up to the service rep sitting there and ask him if it was ready. The same thing happened to my son-in-law a few days before, while waiting for his car, however he waited over 30 minutes and found his car running. I have not experienced this from Honda before. Maybe it is just a personnel issue due to the coronavirus. Hopefully the service will be improved. I thought you should know.
Wolf did a great job of taking care of our planned service, and helping us find some new tires to replace our worn out factory tires with no notice that we were planning for that. Great service and a great experience! Thank you!
Keven was great! Kind, clear and super helpful. I had had a previous experience here with another tech that left a bad taste in my mouth and Kevin single handedly redeemed freedom Honda in my eyes. Hope to work with him again next time
5! Wolf was great! I walked in at almost 4pm and he got me right in! Appreciated him telling me I really didn’t need tire rotation today with my oil change.

We were not told of several issues that were found wrong with my car--i.e., the back left brake light is out--I consider this a safety issue. I found out about the light when I arrived home and reviewed my paperwork. I spent $700 on getting two issues fixed and you had my car for two days.
Alex (Alexandra) was a wonderful help today. I was having electrical problems with the my car and she was very knowledgeable and prompt on getting back with me. The was very passionate on what she was doing. She definitely is an asset to freedom Honda.

Excellent service. We were starting our Colorado vacation in Alamosa when we had this car problem. I called my home town Honda dealer who found us a couple location choices. We called Freedom and talked to Kevin who said they were completely booked for the day (Friday) but he would work us in being the situation we were in. They reserved the in stock part they thought was the problem so they would be sure to have it being we were drinking 2.5 hours just to get out car fixed. Completely satisfied. Kevin is a great asset to your team. I hope Honda does contact me so I can give them this information.
