The service was very good, but I had to return five minutes later to get the display changed back to where it was, which was off of the 100% oil life. I wanted to be able to see the speed that I was driving and the odometer. I will be careful to make sure that the display will be where I want before I leave the dealership next time. Thank you.

Everything was fine except Marty never called back with any updates on my van even 2 hours after it was expected to be done. I finally had to call.

Marty was cordial and kept me informed as to progress on my Honda Pilot. Technician determined the battery was bad and found out other problems and then replaced the battery at no charge. Service rated #5 out of 5. Barney

We had some major repairs recommended and no one called me to talk about them...a text was sent with a link to the document...which I wasn't able to open with my phone. I had to call in. Next time we have major repairs, I would appreciate a call. Also, every time I come I give my number to call with questions or recommendations, and my wife's number is inevitably called first. I'm not sure how to make it any clearer that my number should be called first, so that my wife doesn't have to relay the information to me. We've never had issues with the repairs, just the communication. I do hope this is resolved in the future. We do like bringing our vehicles to Freedom. Thank you.

I was disappointed that there is no option for contactless drop off and pick up. In the COVID era, this is irresponsible and puts customers in unnecessary danger. Other dealerships have figured this out. I will go elsewhere next time.
