No concerns, but Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty. When I was planning on waiting for my car he told me the services would take 4 to 6 hours and used his own lunch break to take me to my residence. Also, he found an online coupon that save me a little money.
Everything went fine today. No surprises or trying to up sell me on service.

My adviser was Ashley I believe and I was not happy with the service she provided. Although she was nice, I was not happy about the service I was provided. I came in for just an oil change and the adviser ended up having my windshield wipers changed in addition. I am not very happy about that because I purchased the package and I was waiting to change the windshield wipers before winter. She used my last windshield wiper exchange from my package and threw away my perfectly good ones. In addition, the adviser struggled to even find my service package and tried to tell me that I had used all the oil changes in my package. After repeatedly telling her I had used all my oil changes she finally found my package. Overall, I am not very happy with my service with this adviser and I will not be returning to her.

Encountered a tire pressure warning on way home. Have never seen that on this car. Have to bring it back in tomorrow
My technician was very helpful and nice. He updated me and kept my budget in mind. Extremely customer-oriented! I waited for my car to be fixed and overheard multiple employees and their attitude was fantastic. A wonderful experience and I will continue to only bring my CRV to this location.
Timely and courteous. And stick with the car wash. That is always a nice touch. It makes you think the service really made my car run better.
Honda has always been of exceelent service. I have never had even one problem. They have been friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make u feel at home. Bravo honda!!
I had the worst experience today at Freedom Honda.Kevin Whitlock was rude, condescending and just plain lazy. When I first arrived and explained my situation, he insisted to "man-splain" what actually was going on because apparently a woman could not know anything about her car. Then I had to call and ask for a status update because apprently im not worth his time. Lastly, when I picked up my car I asked if something was done to my car that I asked for at 7:30 that morning, he said "no, because he didn't know how I wanted it and he could explain it to me through the manual." How about you pick up the phone and call me in the 7 hours you had my car and ask me. And please do not be sarcastic and try to wiggle out of your screw up with "well its in your manual." My car is from 2007, I've moved 5 times, I have no idea where the manual is. This seals the deal that I will never bring my car back to the dealer for repairs because apparently customer service is not a priority.

My wife took the car in for service. She is not used to doing that. Unfortunately, she said the Service Agent wasn’t very welcoming. Seemed to be in a bad mood.
