It took a good 10 mins to bring my car to the front after the service tech called back to ask for it to be brought forward. The service tech had to call a second time before the car was actually brought out. The service department was not busy at the time I came to pick up the car.

I was told I’d be contacted at 1 but didn’t hear anything until close to 2:30. When I finally arrived to pick up my car, they tried to charge me for an oil change I should have received for free. Please do not contact me.

Service agent, Kevin W. Was helpful and informative for tires that needed replaced. We felt the repair prices from Honda for front control arm and rear wheel bearing were overpriced and e are getting a second opinion.
