One complaint. I was waiting to claim my car And pay when someone behind me was recognized by a service provider and waited on ahead of me. This happened right after I told a provider that another person was ahead of me. Other than that everything was fine and I am happy with the work they did.

I drove in to get a new tire. They took my keys and told me to go talk with one of the service reps at the counters. There were zero customers with any of the associates at the desks. I go to the first guy who essentially told me he was too busy at the moment and to see one of the other reps. I walk down one by one. nobody acknowledged me or took their eyes off their computers until the very end where I saw a woman peeking behind a desk. I asked the woman if she could help me and she said no, every other associate behind a desk could help except her. So, I go back and shout, “Can anybody help me!?” That was not a good customer experience. When I was assisted the associate was awesome but it would have been nice if someone greeted me and took the initiative and said, “Hello, thanks for coming in today, it looks like everybody is **** at the moment but just give me one second and I’ll be able to assist you”, rather than me having to hunt them down. Also, it would be good to distinguish the desk of the call center rep from the service reps’ desks to avoid future confusion for your customers.

I got an oil change today, I asked the receptionist to make sure to check my tires for me because the air pressure signal is On. Surely enough it didn’t get done, so I end up have to take my CRV elsewhere to get it check up. I’m very disappointed.

I was shocked at how quickly I was able to get an appointment for my car. I had been stressing about tire pressure issues for the past month and they were very quickly able to find a well hidden nail in my one tire. The staff was friendly and professional and got right on top of things. My wait was minimal and it is probably the cleanest and nicest Honda dealership I’ve been to. My issue is solved and did not cost nearly as much money as I budgeted for a complete tire disaster. I am finally driving with confidence again. Stephanie Forder hooked me up with top service. I will definitely be coming back for my routine maintenance cycles.

in less than 2 months (end of June, beginning of July, and then 8 days later) I had my 2016 Honda/Civic EX-T in to have the Harness cable replaced 3 times same cable. The 3rd time a service tech stated that there was a oil/poison/coating that could be put on the cables to prevent issue from recurring. This is after being charged $373 each time for the replacement, at 87 years old I can't afford this and I can't believe that out of 3 cars that are parked in my driveway that my car was the only car that had this issue not just one time, but 3 times. Refund my last two service visits that would satisfy my bank account. Maggie M

I appreciate you guys being very attentive and fixing my car as soon as possible. However, I did notice that once my back windshield light cover was fixed, the tint in the back right corner of my windshield is slightly peeling off. I noticed this as soon as I picked up my car from being serviced. I guess I don’t understand how not one person noticed this while my vehicle was already being fixed. Other than that I am very satisfied with how respectful, attentive, and fast you guys are with your customers!

Parts for my audio system were ordered, took several weeks to arrive, dropped 2019 Passport off at 8am appointment, and received a call over three hours later that the parts were incorrect. I have yet to have a solid, well-managed, precise service completed by this dealership. The service manager acted as if repeated issues with his personnel and technicians were not an issue and my inconvenience was not of concern to him.

I brought the van in to fix a recall and fix the trunk- I mentioned when I made the appointment and when I dropped it off today that when the trunk opens, it will sag and then close on its own. When I received a notice today, only 90 minutes after I dropped it off, that it was done I called. My service advisor told me the trunk was fixed. When I picked the van up this evening it was not fixed. I showed the service advisor and a technician the issue. If the people at the service desk took more time to listen to me, this probably wouldn’t have happened. I did not buy the Odyssey here, but I did buy a new CR-V at this dealership back in November 2019. I am not satisfied with the service I received.

I am awaiting whether a known piston ring issue with my Honda Odyssey will be rectified. I initially had concerns in Oct 2019 and have not reached resolution. The way this is handled will determine whether future Honda’s that I buy will be serviced at Freedom Honda.
