I wrote earlier about the lack of attention to Covid 19 precautions when I brought my car. I was happy to see that the situation improved when I picked up my car.
However you still need to add a barrier between your staff and customers.

Kevin was super honest and nice. I loved that he kept me in the loop by texting me through out the time. I appreciated the way he handled my experience. Calling the department store in front of me. Being honest with me on cost. I didn’t have that last year I was quoted an insane amount for the problem and I never wanted to go back to freedom. After talking face to face with Kevin he made me trust Freedom again. I’m glad I ended up trying again and that he was the person to help me.

They made an error stating the battery needed to be replaced. Had post cleaned and battery rechecked as good. Other than that the service was excellent.
