I had an appointment for 930 am and I didn't leave until around 1130 am. I had simple maintenance issues (e.g. oil change). Why make an appt if the wait is so long?

We tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment we would connect With reception but service never answered not could we make an online appointment. We had to drive to Honda to make an appointment. This isn’t the service we got from Honda in KY
