I was quite surprised when they told me I was 20,000 miles overdue for a brake system flush which would’ve occurred at 29,000 miles, which to my understanding I was still under warranty at that time. Why would I have not been offered that service at that time?
I was overall mostly happy with the service. I would prefer that staff were better about observing the 6 feet rule posted on the podiums where I filled out three paperwork. There isn't a lot of space there but not all of your customers have the same risk tolerances
Great service, nice friendly staff
The issue with my cruise control is still not resolved, even after having my vehicle for 2 days. Tech support was to call me on Wednesday and still no call. I even provided pictures (11) of what was occurring and that doesn’t seem to help resolve the issue. Not very happy with the service and resolution of this issue.
Wolf was great and even took the time to figure out how to put some hatch cover on correctly. But Alex was easier on the eyes...lol
