Though washing was included but it was very clear to me that the car was not washed and only there was a dry wipe!!!
Thank you for the years of service on all my Honda vehicles. Now, I will bring my Acura for Maintenance because of your service. I will miss Danny. He was great! Looking forward to continuing with Freedom.
Pikes Peak Acura Sales ****! They treated us horribly on several occasions. I will get my free oil changes from Pikes Peak Acura and go elsewhere for service.

This oil change I did not get a tire rotation (I recently drive 16 hr trip) and my front passenger tire has been giving me issues. I asked for it to be looked at no mention in my car notes.

Shortly after leaving the dealership my car started showing warning signs of tire pressure being low I had to continue on my travels for work this day and I haven’t had anybody call me back after calling the dealership two times and requesting someone tell me what’s going on with my car the issue is still not resolved please contact me to resolve this issue I have warning lights in my car after having oil changed and tires rotated
Wolf was great at making sure my car was serviced in a reasonable time. Thank you to the service person who got my car ready in under the quoted time.
Communication could have been clearer so we did not have to drop the vehicle off 3 times. In the end Wolf was helpful, but the stress was higher than needed.
Setting up the appointment on-line went well and checking the vehicle in for service that day also went well. Service appointment was at 12:30 and vehicle was checked in just after 12 that day. Received a call at 4:37 that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Arrived at 4:45 when the three service advisors seemed to be busy. As I was waiting maintaining a social distance, a person ask the advisors to please return calls from some messages she had. At 4:52 my cell was called and it was an advisor calling, my message was left at 4:31, but that was good since the advisor was ready to work with me. I was shocked that basically it was charging for the amount due and calling someone to bring the vehicle around. NO INFORMATION provided on the services provided that day or information on the multi point inspection with report findings to the service advisor. Yes, it would be nice to hear about the inspection that was completed or was it completed? Every other automotive shop that I done business in the last 20 years always provides a print out of their inspection and a rating for the items inspected. I didn't receive a verbal or report communication for a completed multi point inspection. I believe you would agree that the first experience of selecting your service department was a failure on my part?
The people in the service department were great! The issue I have is the online schedule system. It allowed me to schedule at 4:45 on Saturday for oil change and tire rotation so I assumed it was all good. I got a call that the service department closes at 5 and I would need to come in now by 3:45 to get it done. Who ever loads the time slots into the system for Saturday’s needs to wake up and be aware that they are misleading customers
Stephanie Fonder was awesome. She kept in great communication with me, got my car fixed, was able to get me into a rental and everything she promised was done.
