When I came to pick up my car, i checked out and then was waiting in the garage for my car to be pulled up... and I waited 5 mins or so.... had my husband not been waiting out front in his car I would of never known they pulled it out front of the building and left it sit there with the keys in it! I was pretty upset no one made sure I had seen it got pulled up b4 leaving it.....AND with the keys on it

The defect of the clear bra was just grinded out instead of replaced and it looks terrible. When I bought the car it wasn't supposed to have any defect and I assumed if there was that it would be made right instead of just to make it look worse

Wonderful service. I asked what things needed to be done on my CR-V, they answered and I was able to get what I needed done and look into scheduling future service for the rest. He kept me updated and let me know everything was looking great and when my car was done. I waited for the service and it was relaxing as always and pretty quick.

They said they could not fix it permanently and that it might become an intermittent problem. My problem with that is do I have to pay to get it fixed when the warranty runs out? Seems like it should have been taken care of when under warranty?
