Wolf did an excellent job advising me on every step of my vehicle service. Everything was completed sooner than expected, interrupting my plan for an extended relaxing wait. Although COVID has put a damper on everything everywhere, I still find Freedom Honda’s waiting area the best I have ever experienced.
Everything is perfect. From the service writer to the final delivery, everyone was polite, caring and professional. My car is 100% again.
Had been driving for hours, and had just pulled in to town, when I had some concerning car problems develop. Came straight to Freedom Honda for help. Appreciate the fast and excellent service! They diagnosed the problem and had my car repaired and returned to me in less than 24hrs. Thank you!!
My vehicle had the check engine light come. Wolf was very helpful in helping communicate the problem as soon as possible and my options in order to get my Ridgeline back when needed. Overall, I'm very happy with the service that was provided.

A Two hour wait for an oil change is ridiculous. Poor planning. Makes me not want to come.why was I charged 22 dollars for a tire rotation and my wife paid 10 a week earlier?
Wolf was professional and helpful. I came in with what I thought was an alternator problem, but he rolled me the alternator tested positively, so it didn’t need repair. However my brakes tested poorly and needed to be replaced. I appreciate his help.
