My service rep was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, very informative. She smelt the gas in my car immediately. She explained everything I needed to know, and kept me in the loop the entire process. Thank you so much.

An oil change and tire rotation took almost two and a half hours. That is quite a long time. I was informed when I got there it would take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, which is how long it normally takes. I had to miss an appointment because of how long it took.
I received a quote for new tires and I want to know what brand they are and what is the mileage warranty is for them?

One hour and 35 mins seems long for the services I had done, especially since I had an appointment. Liberty Toyota is usually done in one hour.

I had to contact Freedom Honda 3 times before I was able to make an appointment with your service dept. The first time I called I was transferred to Parts and then back to the original person with whom I spoke, who transferred me to the service dept where I was required to leave a voicemail. I never received a callback. I also, sent an email message which never got a response. The third time I had to leave a phone voice mail and finally, got a callback. Once I got my car in for service the diagnostic phase was done quickly and accurately. My service advisor, Marty Stinett, was very helpful.
