An oil change and tire rotation took almost two and a half hours. That is quite a long time. I was informed when I got there it would take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, which is how long it normally takes. I had to miss an appointment because of how long it took.

I had to contact Freedom Honda 3 times before I was able to make an appointment with your service dept. The first time I called I was transferred to Parts and then back to the original person with whom I spoke, who transferred me to the service dept where I was required to leave a voicemail. I never received a callback. I also, sent an email message which never got a response. The third time I had to leave a phone voice mail and finally, got a callback. Once I got my car in for service the diagnostic phase was done quickly and accurately. My service advisor, Marty Stinett, was very helpful.
