Everything was great except for the time frame. I was told two hours and it was over four. (I know that can’t always be helped, but it is frustrating to be told one time and have it be so drastically wrong. I probably would have come back another day had I known how long the wait would have been today.) Otherwise, the service was good.

Outstanding service! This is the 4th time I’ve taken my Prelude to get serviced and have been amazed how they take care of my vehicle. They give specific feedback if there is an issue. Also, always great communication when my vehicle is there as well.

Everything went great with Marty and the service. Only thing I did not like was no shuttle service. I understand covid but if Lyft and Uber are running I dont see why your shuttle service cant be.

I spent roughly 2 hours sitting around waiting for my service for my car to come out with absolutely nothing done to it. I was then told my car can receive service at the end of the day! A few of the clips were installed for me but one of the main issues wasn't even close to being resolved
I was kept well informed. No surprises. Everything done as promised.

The report showed a couple of filters that needed change and were not replaced or talked about.
