I would really appreciate a shorter appointment time for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. My two kids and I waited 2 hours. Other than that, my experience was positive.
Marty was great. Having my seat belt fixed under warranty is great. What I DON'T care for is getting text messages that make it appear as though someone is communicating with me and then having all of my texts to Freedom go unanwered.
Alexandra was fantastic in arranging all the details of the oil change plus 4 other recalls that had popped up since the last oil change. She was personable and even arranged a rental car for me so I wouldn’t be stuck at the dealership with an infant for 6-7 hours. Grateful!

I replaced 1 Michelin Primacy MXM4 tire as I was told it was not repairable. The service advisor intially quoted me $130.00 for a similar size tire. I told the advisor that I wanted the exact Michelin tire type put on for the new replacement. He said he would check on that. About an hour later, I received a call back saying they had an “exact” match for my tire, but it would cost $190.00. I authorized that cost for the exact match tire. When I got home, I realized that a Michelin Energy Saver A/S had been put on. Not the Primacy MXM4 that I was told I would get. Not happy with Freedom Honda for this deception.
I drove my vehicle in perfect working condition, waited until I was told that the oil change was completed. Drove for seven miles, parked, wouldn’t start. Talked to Kevin and was told to tow it to Freedom Honda so they would look at it.
On Saturday, I got a text that they found the problem but will keep it until Monday to keep running and will call me to pick it up.
Later I received a message that the head gasket was blown up and it would cost almost $6000.00 to change the engine.
This is plain robbery. I will post my unbelievable story everywhere and want my car back as I dropped it there.
I have always trusted Honda and Acura but regretfully I lost my trust.

I was pleased with the service provided by the staff. Mr. Kevin Whitlock was my service advisor and he ensured that all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Mr. Whitlock ensured that the rental car that I requested was pulled up and ready to go upon completion of check-in. I will continue to conduct business with Freedom Honda due to the quality service that Mr. Whitlock provides

The service itself including the man who helped me was great. It’s the time I had issue with. My appointment was at 11:30- I arrived at 11:15 (with my young sons because I’m a single mom) and it wasn’t don’t until almost 2pm. For just an oil change. Couldn’t do the computer upgrades and was told I’ll have to come back, leave my car all day (I don’t have another vehicle or family out here).
Repair was not completed and I don’t think service tech understood the issue
