Stephanie took care of me the moment I walked in and throughout my wait answering any questions I had. I appreciate all of her help. She was great at multi tasking. I work in the customer service industry so I see she is one who does care about doing a wonderful job connecting with her customers. At least I felt that way. I appreciate the good work of everyone at Freedom Honda's Service Dept. Please keep up the good work. It means everything during this time when people seem to be so grumpy about everything going on around us. Thank you so much!

It wasn’t anything about the service other than the car told me I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Imagine my surprise when the multipoint inspection found another 600 dollars in repairs that apparently Carvana “missed”.
