I'll always rate the service department at a 5/5 but I'll never buy a vehicle there again. Long story short, I feel that the sales department use sketchy tactics, and once the car is sold, it is so ridiculously hard to contact the sales people to ask follow up questions, including the status of referral money. Not even the manager calls back. I digress. The service department is fantastic, kind, quick to help! But I've given up on the sales side of Freedom Honda.
I truly appreciated the service writers professionalism and attention to detail but I thought courtesy car washes were a thing for Freedom Honda. When I recieved my vehicle the staff member that delivered it failed to remove the mirror number paper and I got no car wash,,fail

I would give Marty Stinett a 5+. He has always treated me well and he has always been honest. I followed him over from the Hyundai dealership. It was the best decision I have made in a long time!!
Service advisor was new and personable. Knew who to ask if couldn’t answer my questions. Once gave incorrect information but the advisor at the next desk quickly corrected him.

The service was fine, but I felt very uncomfortable having to wait for my car. Freedom Honda either doesn’t have a COVID policy or isn’t enforcing it, either for employees or customers. Many people, including employees, were walking around with masks pulled down or weren’t wearing them at all. There were several times when I was at the counter to talk to the agent helping me, and a group of employees we’re standing nearby (well within 6 feet) just chatting without masks on. There were also employees sitting at their desks without masks on, when their desks were closer than 6 feet to the customer waiting area. I’ll plan to go somewhere else for service in the future, since safety guidelines are clearly not being taken seriously.
I am completely satisfied by the service that I received at Freedom Honda today. The service advisor, Kevin Whitlock,was very courteous and thorough in explaining the service performed and future recommended services. My car was delivered back to me within the estimated time and in a clean condition. Thank you for doing a great job.
