Problem not w/ Honda employees...problem was 1/2 customers in waiting area had masks off to eat/drink. Think you should hang sign saying "if you need to remove mask, please go outside!" I am extremely vulnerable & my time there was most frustrating!

Freedom Honda Did not fix my back windshield which is freedom Honda fault ....if you did a 100 plus point inspection as it says you did .... surely you would of noticed it had no back window wiper which caused the damage to the back window shield ... l the front was cracked which you did pay for but who inspected it the three stooges ,....I would never recommende your Honda dealership !!!! I have four brand over the last 15 years ... I will be calling Honda corporate!
I think you should provide rental cars as a courtesy. Other dealerships like Lexus do and I paid more for my car then my husband paid for his Lexus but He gets treated like a more valued customer through Lexus than Honda treats me.
Service advisor Michael Chapman was really friendly and explained everything. Contacted me throughout the day to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle.
