Upon checking in reported there was an issue with the TPMS sensor. Sensor came on during my drive home and is on now. Called and left a Voice message and a text with my service advisor and have received no response! Very frustrated- searching online appears there is a software fix to address this. Need this resolved ASAP as we will be taking this vehicle to California next week.

I was not completely satisfied because they the appointment took 1 hour longer than quoted. I waited for my car from 11:30-3:00. Not having the shuttle available is a disappointment. They also said they would put the new rear windshield wiper on and they did not. I should have checked that before I left but I was in a rush to pick up my kids from school at 3:15.

After 3 hours I only got an update when I made the effort to talk to the service agent. I tried to communicate via text but received no reply. After 6.5 hours I was finallycalled that my truck was finished. I would have appreciated more updates!
