Danny is my go-to guy no matter what! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything that needs to be done and he isn’t pushy. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

Service took about 4 hours to complete, and the location only had 5 technicians on shift during Saturday.

Waiting room is great !! Work completed on my vehicle appears to be great ! The sour taste I left with was due to the service desk reps. I was pretty much ignored as I waited by my car, then inside the door until finally someone told me to stand by the wait here sign. Mind you there was only one person being helped and 4 service reps at their desks. Once I was called up, the rep was very polite, answered all my questions and let me know he was soon leaving for lunch but that someone else would get me when the car was ready. When I was called and told the car was ready, same experience. Two reps talking to each other while I waited by the correct sign. No other customers in the building. Once I was finally acknowledged, they could not find the paperwork for several minutes. After walking to my car I realized I did not get the inspection report, and had to go back in for that... customer service does not seem to be top priority.

4th time I’ve had to come in for issues with the car. Still not fixed. Only have had the car for 8 days. Not really what i was expecting when signing to buy a 23k car. As of now I’m not too happy with my experience

Friendly and curteous

The service itself was fine (oil change) as was the inspection. I received the text the car was done. When I came in to pick it up I had to wait app. 20-25 minutes to get the car. Walt called for the car twice and then had to go look for it. He came back and apologized. When they finally brought it up they hadn’t washed it (which I was really looking forward to) and then I waited more until the car in front of it was moved. This is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait to get my car. I was almost late for an appointment because of the long delay.

Alex was fantastic and a super friendly and helpful service advisor. She went above and beyond for me!

The only issue I have is, I brought my vehicle in for a bumper to bumper check and I assume that included checking my tires. There was a comment that my tires were still in good condition however, the very next day my light comes on and my tires require air! I assumed that would have been checked as well. Karen W

She said they gave it a car wash, but they didn’t, I could’ve wrote my name in the hood it was so dirty still, so I guess they just forgot to wash it! Other then that it was great!
