I had an appointment to get my car serviced because my vehicle at 8:15am and dropped my car off. I did not get a text until 4:00pm with my vehicle inspection and the work needed. So, I gave the okay to have the work done as long as it could be completed that day via the link sent to me via text. I decided to call to make sure they saw I said the work could be completed only if it would be done that day. Needless to say, no work could be complete because of the time and there were parts that needed to be ordered. So my daughter had to drive her car unfixed, with a power steering leak and no power steering. No one bothered to call me about the parts needing to be ordered. I am also not happy that I dropped my vehicle off at 8:15 and I didn’t get the inspection report until 4:00pm.
Dustin & and Dylan did a terrific job getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner! They let me know what was upcoming for maintenance next and told me about a recall. Great professionalism by both gentlemen!!! Thanks!

I had made an app't a month before with the prerequisite that I could wait for diagnostic and oil change. Instead, when I got there I was told to find a ride home. Though no repairs were needed they kept the car overnight.Arranging for rides without notice was very difficult.
Danny B did a great job trouble shooting my cars issues. It needed a new alternator and battery. Plus, the front brakes needed an adjustment. I also got an oil change and tire rotation. So, the car is running like new again. Thanks Danny!

They should have done at least basic car wash after service which is offered in almost all Honda Dealers
