Mike Magee is wonderful, never have a problem with him. Today however, the mechanic left grease on the inside roof of my new vehicle. I called Mike and he said he would talk to Chris.

My 2009 Pilot was in service for 3 days and we spent $5000 with all the repairs. On the following Saturday, I found a pink fluid on my garage floor. Found out from Kevin that when we replacement fluids that you didn't have a new ring in stock, so your tech reused the ring that was already on my car. My pilot was there for 3 days, you couldn't get a new ring in that time? Sorry, this does not sound like proper use of time, supplies, money and an unhappy customer. Kevin did apologize, but I think you need to take a better look at how things are run.

Daniel was sweet, helpful and knowledgeable.
Beau was professional, kind and exceptionally courteous during the entire service process. He also explained things clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the final paperwork and recommended needs for the car in the future.
The man who greeted me when I drove into the service bay was also very nice but I don’t remember his name. I thought it was great that he opened the door to the building for me.

The only improvement idea I have is to improve the greeting process when you first come into the building from the service bay. Eye contact, a smile and maybe a hand signal (wave of greeting, or holding up an index finger to indicate “I see you and someone will get to you soon.”) even if they’re on the phone or finishing paperwork, and this will make the entire experience excellent. When I came in the service doors, no other customers were there, yet the people closest to the door that I entered never looked up or acknowledged my presence. Then Beau looked up from farther down the row, smiled and welcomed me. Granted it is a little thing, but noticeable in contrast, and I remember it as a flaw in an otherwise very pleasant Freedom Honda service experience.
Marty is always nice and professional. Really appreciate his knowledge and help.
