Super efficient service from Danny each and every time I go to Freedom Honda. In fact, while you have changed service advisors many times since opening, I have always stayed with Danny for many reasons. First, he is personable, Second he is car savy, Third, he explains the situation and possible remedy options. Fourth, he answers all questions and concerns with honesty. That is very extremely important. As long as he is at Freedom I will make every effort to continue having servicing on my vehicles done there.

There were not enough signs as to where to park for the start of service. Also I was told my wait would be an hour and a half, but it was almost three hours. Additionally, when my car had been checked, and I was supposed to make some decisions on what other services to opt for; no one came to ask me about it. I had to go and find someone to help me. I just received a text message on my phone, and I was unsure what to do from there. All in all a very frustrating, long experience for something so simple.
